ArenaNet on Upcoming Guild Wars 2 Changes to Dungeon Mechanics

Robert Hrouda, content designer on Guild Wars 2, posted a update on the status of dungeons and their mechanics and how ArenaNet plans to change them in future updates. The main two points were reg-rushing where after a player dies they just run back to where the team is instead of waiting to be resurrected. The second change is to the health of dungeon bosses.
